I totally agree with you Michael, I don't do warning pages because:
- there has never been one legal case that has set precedence on warning pages actually being an effective means to protect your site
- warning pages give users one more chance to not buy your product
- I always try to chose site domain names that are obviously porn, if you visit a site called RealBareback or OrgyStuds its obvious you are looking for porn

and now that I know it also negatively affects s.e. positioning, its all the more reason to aviod them.
