Why dont you contact the site owner instaed of posting other peoples private information into a forum.

The whois info does not relate to any of these posts, have you guys got nothing better to do ?

You post things in this post that infringe on other peoples privacy and have nothing to do with anyone.

Write to the site owner and ask him/her instaed of opening your own private kangaroo court.

I never use my real name, and home address on the boards. I use it when I sign up to affiliate programs.

This is not whois info, which is public information. This is private information that is or should be protected by ccbills terms of service or the program owner's terms of service.

I have done nothing wrong here, and should not be the matter of discussion in this thread

These guys have a bunch of full videos on this site selling memberships to see full video you see a bit of a preview then you need to sign up these guys need to be watch and shut down I need to get chad to send them a letter about them using my videos and selling them in there members area fucking asshole I just found out about this website this morning since he signed up to be a affiliate of my program looser he is..

this site needs to get shut down fast it will hurt our membership sites too many of these dam tube sites

The reason this is happening is probably because an employee of mine used the default CCBILL account info while signing up for that program.

The URL for my ccbill account was still www.ultrafreehost.com which I had sold 3 years ago to the lubeyourtube.com owner.

I have not been able to change this default URL with CCBILL.

So even though an obsolete URL was in my CCBILL account, it does not justify posting my personal information on a public forum. Personal information, nowhere visible on the internet which I entrusted to that sponsor.

This is a typical example of shooting first, and asking questions later.

I hope you all can learn from this.

For curiosity sakes I rang up CC Bill Client support and he encouraged me to report the webmaster in question to the Fraud department that is splashing confidential information all around. I wont do that, since we are all friends, but please, edit your posts and remove all sensitive information.

When you post info like this to a public board without even having the balls to e-mail the webmaster of the site involved then you must be a lame cunt.,

Second for people to post information... Names/E-mails etc about pple who have nothing at all to do with this site................. My advice is to grow up and stop behaving like children, have you nothing better to do ?

In order for that to be actionable [winnable in court] I have to prove 3 things:

Kettle KNEW that there was no CP in a secret members area
There is no CP in a secret members area [the truth is an ultimate defense]
That the business of Webmaster Fickle was actually harmed, and that harm can be proven, preferably with accounting records, accountants, and experts
