Everyone makes mistakes. I was shocked because the arrest happened almost 6 months ago and I hadn't heard anything about it til now. So all this time watching the show there was a whole aspect of his life that wasn't addressed. Fortunately on tonights show it is addressed as being part of the storyline, for next season.
