Carter 1977-1981 4 years 2nd worst president in American history

Clinton 1993-2001 8 years used office for monetary gain, lied about deficit covering it up with SS trust fund.


I am neither a republican nor a democrat. Looking at history for our economy republicans have always been better for growth and democrats have always been tax and spend.

You need to do your research on Regan, he is the one who signed into law not being able to use the SS trust fund to lower the deficit. This was later repealed during Bush I.

The big myth is Clinton left office with a surplus, he covered up the deficit with the SS trust fund notes. If you research this further you will also find that we have had a deficit ever since the end of WW I. We helped rebuild so many countries and the American people were promised to be paid back which never was.

Further research will also tell you that Regan allocated more money for AIDS than any president to date.

The time period where the largest % of Americans went into poverty was during the 20’s on into the 30’s. The fix was the worst plan ever devised, it sent our country on a road to bankruptcy.
