We've been with about a dozen hosts over the past 5 years (we typically use 2 or 3 at a time for redundancy and differing needs.)

Without a doubt, I can say that National Net is completely beyond comparison with any of the other hosts I've used. They say that you can't really understand their level of service until you experience it and they are correct.

I have probably saved at least 5-10 hours a month simply by not having to worry about various maintenance/security and other issues I used to have to deal with, not to mention having a more stable and reliable network.

They are a bit more expensive than the other hosts we used or currently use, but it ends up being a better value for us in the long run because of the decrease in time and need for outside support.
