I can tell you from living in a country with "universal health care" for five years that it kicks ass. When I first moved there, and wasn't eligible, a doctors visit was $50 and medicine I needed was usually under $15 for a 30 day supply, medicine that here, for the generic version, is about $60 a month... that was NOT being in the system.

When you think about it, America looks pretty retarded at this point in history where most every other advanced Western country has "universal health care" and we don't :shithitfan:
