Its different. Bush wanted to appoint his cleaning lady to Supreme Court Justice. Thank god, that didn't go through. However, he was able to appoint a horse lawyer as the head of Katrina. Bush was given advice by his top generals and who did he decide he should listen to? Rumsefeld and Cheney. Bush's total incompetance and ingnorance is unmatched. There's an old saying here in pennsylvania, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again.
