I like what the president of the Israeli Internet Association said:
"This is a black day for the Internet community in Israel," said Rimon Levy, president of the Israeli Internet Association. "The law will not protect even one child and will force a sheriff on citizens - the Communications Ministry."
I wonder if the U.S. is going to head this same direction. After all, I have to opt in to being able to dial 900 numbers when I get phone service. I'm sure a bill will come through sometime in the next couple years proposing this in the name of "protecting our children"
You think this will be attempted in the states or am I a bit off?
