and no surprise here - utah wants to do the same thing. funny how no one makes parents responsible to select "opt OUT" when they sign up. it's always about restricting adults.

I wonder if the U.S. is going to head this same direction. After all, I have to opt in to being able to dial 900 numbers when I get phone service. I'm sure a bill will come through sometime in the next couple years proposing this in the name of "protecting our children"
