as i look further into this, i see that one of my tracking accounts for my own program says zero and the others say unlimited - and these are for the same program :-/

The 0 (Zero) is paying on all rebills, this has been discussed many times over the years on a variety of message boards.

Its just CCBills way of setting the default value to something other than 99.

I believe there are even archived topics on this on GWW.

Id guess because they are paying you a percentage of the total sale, not a fixed payout for sales and rebills.

I don't know what the real story is, but yes that's what my account is saying. Trials and Recurring Subs both say "Payments for Rebills End After: (Zero) rebills". I would post screenshots but I don't have enough posts yet.

Why don't you try emailing both programs and asking them to change it? HOM especially is paying me a lot of rebills, so they are open to the concept. And if they're getting nothing from you now because you're not promoting them, then I think they'd prefer to have you on board.

We spoke with CC Bill and they guided us through the setup, it is now fixed and all rebills are paid for the life of the subscription. It was not our intention to stop paying rebills after a certain number. Even though we are new at this we know that our affiliates are the life blood of the site as well as our partners.

No we are not, we are totally separate. One of the partners made a financial investment for our start up, but is not involved in the running of our site.

I just checked and see the following for GHU Cash:
Trial Subscriptions: Payments for Rebills End After: (1) rebills
Recurring Subscriptions: Payments for Rebills End After: (2) rebills

I think someone said CCBill may be reporting this data incorrectly. Which if true, makes this info useless...

I should've paid more attention. I was plugging a site for about 2 months and stopped because I couldn't get past breaking even. Now I see why. Turns out their payments are set to "Payments for Rebills End After: (Zero) rebills" on both trials and recurring.

Shanked! I won't make that mistake again.

HotOlderMale and Tony & Cam are the two sites in my CCBill account that are set to "zero" rebills. Good thing I didn't run them for long.

Our webmasters at TonyandCamCash are getting paid for rebills - I have talked to some of my big traffic senders and they are all getting rebills payed.

I dont know why some say "unlimited" and other say "zero" at CCBill.
I do know that we have ALWAYS payed for ANY and ALL rebills from the customers that you have sent us, AND ALWAYS WILL!!!
