One could run a paysite with 10k members and five employees. One could also run the same site and 10k members and have 10 employees. It's all about how you set up the company and how automated you are.

As an example, I was a big seller on ebay and the support was driving me crazy. We invested $1,000 in a selling manager system and automated 80% of the customer support issues. Inventory got tracked, sales reports, listings got scheduled automatically, re listed, feed back left, all on auto pilot. An upfront investment in infrastructure will many times pay for itself 100 times over.
I still sell on eBay, I make most of my money there. 1 neg only this year started in 2004. Well this is alittle off the subject sorry
