I don't like to get involved in other people's fights but I know it's really difficult when you make a deal based on what is promised on the website and then have the client change it all on you. You do your best to accommodate them but sometimes two people just can't reach a conclusion. I can see where Rocky's coming from, having promised content on Mini-DV and then busting his ass to convert all that content to DVD (which is no easy feat). Sure a month seems long if you're dealing with a company that has a full staff that does nothing but content, but when you are asking one person who basically runs his entire operation on his own for a huge special favor you have to give him some leeway. I can understand if you feel that you are not satisfied, but it's not really fair to call someone a scam artist when they've done you a special favor (which caused the delay you are complaining about) and then offered you some bonus content to make up for it.
I do think it's a shame to simply refund his money once all the work has been done. I think you guys should finish the transaction, and wipe your hands of the whole thing. 12Clicks, you'll get what you paid for, and Rocky, your work will not have been in vain. Then, once it's done it's done. Shake hands and agree not to work together anymore.
