Investigating GayPay

Hi DJ,

Thanks for responding to our concerns.

The issue involves this quote from the terms of service during the signup process for several (if not all) GayPay sites.

> When joining this site you automatically gain 2 days free access to
> IncrediblePass.com Rebilling after 2 days if not canceled at $39.94.

This is not a pre-selected checkbox. This is within the TOS and is not evident to anyone who does not read them.

My questions are:

- Are users, in fact, signed up for IncrediblePass as per those terms?
- If not, why are those terms included in the terms of service when they can be activated at any moment? And when will they be removed from the TOS?

Right now on GayGeek we have a big warning on all GayPay sites regarding this issue. This is depressing to me, as your sites have converted extremely well and I'd love to send you more business. But being a review website I cannot in good conscious send users to a website with hidden fees in its terms of service without warning them. It would be unethical for me to do otherwise. As soon as the TOS is cleaned up though I'll remove the warning from your site listings on GayGeek.

Those were in there for our old cross sales...
the user could uncheck them with no issue
it was just in there for people that decided to keep them checked

Was left on Terms of Service page by mistake, I apologize, The ToS page has now been edited...

Thanks for the fast response. I'm glad to see it was an mistake that was easily fixed.

I'll go remove the warnings on GayGeek in a few minutes. And don't be surprised if you hear from me one of these days wanting to review more of your sites. As I said, they do convert well.
