Gay Journalist and erotic video producer.
Or exotic "cats," or pit bull dogs.
No matter how delusional an owner is in thinking their darling pet is "domesticated," the animal is first and foremost an animal.
The animal's DNA record of hundreds of thousands of years of past lives will eventually outlive that part of its brain that has been trained to be domesticated for food and shelter, and then it will revert to the original wild hunter.
Not unlike in humans when degenerative brain disease (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, ALS), alcoholism and/or drug use peels back the layers of domestication and civilization, to reveal the original animal.
