LED is not the same as photographic fluorescent lighting (which is low power, green, and cool to the touch). LEDs at this point still have a lot of problems with correct color balance and their light output is much lower that tungsten, halogen, or fluorescent. However, fluorescent tubes from Home Depot are not suitable, you'll get very strange colors in your video. Look for professional fluorescent studio lighting.
