Here is what they say under their HELP section which is the only mention of age I have found. Clearly all profiles state that the guy is at least 18 years of age but just as clearly they do not actually verify it prior to allowing the person to "broadcast" his cam on the site:

"Broadcaster Ban
Broadcasters are banned for the following reasons

Illegal activity � underage performers, etc.
*
Advertising other cam websites (it is ok to advertise your personal URLs)
*
Broadcasting videos
*
Static images for long period of time

A broadcaster ban can last 1 day, 1 month or be permanent depending on the infraction. Multiple occurrences of the same infraction after being warned will result in a longer ban."

So if you can be banned for being an underage performer BUT they do not verify age that is clearly meaningless!
