what about those folks who always publicly call people out, and yet when pressed for details say crap like "oh, you know what I'm talking about" or publicly reject offers to discuss and resolve the matter?

I've seen a number of people on various boards start whole threads to blast sponsor programs, designers, other webmasters, etc, only to make ambiguous general statements with no facts or details to back it up and when the other party offers to explore the issue (whatever it is) and work to get it resolved, the "wronged" party pulls some melodramatic "I refuse to speak to you now because of how you've wronged me" crap.
