That I am sure of. Once people get a taste of freedom, there is no turning back. And if they haven't yet, after a while, even if that's a long time, the oppressed ultimately overthrow the oppressors. At least that's what history tends to show.

Maybe this is Pollyannaish, and definitely a generalization. I think bad things are basically stupid and destined to eventually self-destruct anyway. Sort of like the survival of the fittest. Only what's healthy and smart survives.
