Yappo has been sold to a different company, it is no longer part of the TopBucks family. This transaction was completed months ago, we no longer have any admin access to any Yappo/YappoDollars properties.
If you are currently seeing issues with your joins/ratios, I would contact the support department at Yappo/YappoDollars and the new owners should be able to help you out.
