Two answers:
1. The new regulations that went into effect in Jan '09 make it absolutely clear that secondary producers (i.e., anyone displaying the content) must have full 2257 docs, not just contact information to the primary producer. So to be compliant with the law, if you don't have the docs, you should pull thte content down.
2. That said, I know of almost no one who is in compliance with the Jan '09 law, and there have been no inspections since Obama too office. So if your risk tolerance is high, then you can probably leave it up.
