On the postive side.....anyone using this to gather content for their own site would clearly be liable for the content. You cannot be a "service provider" when you are going out and harvesting the content for your site!

From a legal perspective I would love to go after tube sites that are harveting content from other sites! It completely destroys their DMCA protection and makes them liable for the content!
