Eventually GoDaddy and NameCheap etc will have to help. Its like the law suits when someone shoots another person. The gun maker is always named, and briefly investigated about sales practice.

In this case, since the site does not exist without the domain, then they DO have some liability.

Namecheap will already act if they receive more than a certain number of DMCA's, they have been acting for quite a while.

There was a reply by one of the Namecheap reps sometime last year on their own forum, that said a site or domain that they continually received DMCA notices about, they would shut down or take action with regards to the domain.
