Godaddy doesn't care until they've been threatened. Excuse my language but they are assholes. I hate dealing with them. We are actually in litigation with a law firm to work with us on battling only Godaddy hosted sites - eventually some others. With this effort, we're trying to work out a method of where producers send their DMCA's to the host, domain, etc. and include the law firm and let the law firm deal with Godaddy. It's a big process, but we're trying everything to go after them with the help of other content owners.
