Actually, as an affiliate, I'm not sure if it makes sense to submit sponsor's videos. My concern is that the same content would be submitted by different affiliates.

As for ratings and comments I'm not sure if this is still be done by surfers. Or if it has any kind of value for the surfer if a video is rated or commented. Personally I think it's a nice feature, but I'm on the red list of endangered species anyways.
