And Filesmonster lies too. We have been given access to remove/block files immediately; their TOS states "Contradictory files will be immediately deleted. More over, they will be added to special filter, that does not allow to upload them in future" which is a full-blown outrageous lie. We have to log in to get access to "remove files" and once you're logged in, most files will appear "blocked" to you but in reality are actually still online.

Doesn't filesmonster pay pirate uploaders for people downloading their files? It's the going thing these days and is one reason why piracy has gotten so out of hand.
