I think the bottom line here is: if companies give their employees a credit card to use on-line, then refute the charges, that creates a huge disaster.

Perhaps businesses instead of giving the bank account credit card to employees to use, should go to the store and get a re-loadable debit card, like WesternUnion, and put $100 £100 100E on it, and call it what it really is Petty Cash.

But refuting a $4.95 charge becomes $25-$30 with fees, and that just sucks.
