I think the best will be to keep track of which payment method an affiliate is using, and show visitors the payment method of their affiliate referral.

That way, if you choose ccbill and you send me a visitor, I will show the visitor the ccbill payment option and hide the allopass payment option. If some other affiliate chooses allopass, then I will show visitors the allopass payment option and hide the ccbill option.

I will follow this direction for programming the website. It shouldn't be too complex to program.
