I finally heard back from allopay today, they REJECTED my application. Specifically, they rejected my documentation which was copies of my passport, my bank account statement and my utility bill.

This is why I didn't put links up / start promoting your site yet, any sales would be permanently frozen at allopay. I will wait till you get ccbill installed and join under them!
