I have the copies of all the contracts which in fact state I had requested $50 payouts. I also have copies of all the emails to Damian, Ted and customer service that no one ever answered. Not One!

I posed the question in hopes of getting some contact information to deal with this privately but instead you stepped in and made such a huge issue of it all because I had the balls to ask such a question of someone who was whiter than white in your books.

The amount is small yes, but there was a contract in place which was ignored. It could have been cancelled and I would have been ok with that decision as well.
