I really wouldn't waste your time with any kind of dating / profile site. Such a huge waste of traffic. Lots of kickers, nobody signing up, and with so many free profile sites out there, selling a membership is a hard slog. I've sent oodles of traffic to dating sites and never got anything out of any of them.

If by webcam you mean a chat with models for free and pay them to take their clothes off, you really have to have the right kind of traffic for that to make any money. Basically lonely men with lots of money, the 20 to 30 years old hanging out at your local bar can't afford $3.00 a minute to talk to someone, they can usually get it for free. Rent boy sites make a killing on the Flirt 4 Free model, pretty much everyone else is waiting and hoping to get a whale. Again, I've sent these types of sites mountains of traffic with no return.

I would say that your best bet for building traffic is a tube. My second would be some kind of a gallery set-up, TGP or otherwise.

And like a previous poster wisely said: take it one thing at a time. If you take on too much at once you'll end up doing a lot of running around and get nothing done.
