But as far as the bars, s4 isn't the model for being drug free, but I would think that you could probably find Round Up comfortable. I got there usually, there are no stalls to do drugs in, and most people there are friendly. Its all about the scene you find.
ME love the cowboys at The Roundup! Lol. But do these guys EVER have sex? Seriously, I think about 90% of them are uptight virgins. Other than the hot cowboys, it's the least sexy place in town... no sexual energy at all.

I used to have fun at the old TMC but since the remodel, it's lost all of it's funky old charm.

Oh no! I would expect it to be much more in CA than TX. I was just pointing out how Dallas is getting more expensive in just the 7 years I've been here.

COKE?! As in Coca-cola? If not... I'm SHOCKED! Lol. I thought you were a bit of a goody-2-shoes.

And worst of all, people's attitudes are so awful. I've never met so many conceited and image-conscious people anywhere else... except for maybe San Diego. And I can almost see why San Diego residents are so stuck-up. It is probably the most beautiful and perfect place in the US to live... if you can afford it.
Where do you live at? I live in downtown, with a tent city less than 2 blocks from me, and see hardly any crime. (and no I don't live in a shit hole). I do see crime in Oaklawn, as far as robberies and carjacking, and that is frankly alarming. Mostly I think ignorance has a part to do with it though, I mean one of my friends is this little 20 year old twink, got held up in the parking lot... he was walking alone.. come on..common sense here, walk out of the bar with someone.

I agree about the awful attitude that people have around here. It is really a shame that so many people in Dallas are so self absorbed. Its part of the city, and if you can sit down and just look at it, it is really quiet laughable. And as I have said before to you on PM, I believe, if you would like to hang out, or have lunch or something, I would love to do that

I agree, TMC did one thing wrong, and it was to try to become the village while it was under remodel, it lost its big masculine guy charm!

goody-2-shoes? me? LOL I guess you think that because I am not to big on park sex, or sex in bathrooms, but I like to have fun. Not that I am a drug addict, or have done any coke in the 2 years I have been here, but I smoke 420 how else could I do this job?

I live in near-north Dallas... 635 & 35... just on the other side of the freeway from Farmer's Branch. It's a little development of zero-lot homes... probably about 50% gay. I call it little San Francisco. Lol. We've had a rash of break-ins and burglaries the past couple of months. The association has been debating whether to put in gates or not. The only problem is that we then become responsible to directly pay for street repairs and cleaning in addition to our normal property taxes.

Statistically Dallas has an awful crime rate. I believe that in most types of crime, it is double the national average.

That is crazy that your crime is so high.... I guess I can kinda belive it, as people want to go as far away as possible to commit their crimes, but seriously, where I live I see nothing. I don't know how familiar you are with Dallas, but I live in between Deep Ellum and Farmers Market, and I see nothing. Our car is in a parking garage with a gate, but our street front, is well, not gated. We walk out dogs and such with not much crime (well, there is a homeless lady that washes her clothes in our fountain).

Try walking around LA some night, trust me Dallas has nothing on the crap out here. People will watch you get shot then just step over you as the go on their way. :haha:

Ya probably so, but this job is so repetitive sometimes it really does help. I am pretty sure I am not alone in this one. :cheekymonkey:

Well, some people have suggested that you are 2 personalities, and your screen name never does appear online with the rest of us, much likes Lee's does. But, hey if you are real, then great, you seem like a good guy, but you must seem where my doubts are.
